Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sharable.link (the "Service"), operated by BotsCrew. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, publishing content, or otherwise using sharable.link, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

sharable.link provides a way to publish HTML content — such as dashboards, reports, landing pages, and interactive files created with Claude or other tools — to clean, publicly accessible URLs. The Service includes the sharable.link website, the /share command, and any related features or APIs.

sharable.link is an independent tool built by BotsCrew. It is not affiliated with Anthropic or any AI provider.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By publishing content on sharable.link, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies that may remain in backups for a reasonable period.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or endorse user content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or surveil users.
• Publish phishing pages, scam content, or deceptive material designed to steal credentials or personal information.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Publish content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Use the Service for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited uses, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The sharable.link name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of BotsCrew and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the sharable.link branding except as needed to use the Service as intended (e.g., sharing links that include the sharable.link domain).

You retain all rights to Your Content, subject to the license granted in Section 4.1.

7. DMCA & Copyright Claims

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on sharable.link infringes your copyright, please send a notice to nazar@botscrew.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL of the infringing content on sharable.link.
• Your contact information (name, email, mailing address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will investigate claims promptly and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Vercel for hosting, OAuth providers for sign-in). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep sharable.link available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
• Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.
• Discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable notice (at least 30 days where practicable).

If we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export or download Your Content before shutdown.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users, us, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your published content will be removed. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content published through the Service will be preserved indefinitely.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOTSCREW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BotsCrew and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely at the parties' mutual agreement.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
